Our Awesome Story

Hello, we are a group of architects who wanted to create sustainable buildings that are simple, beautiful and eco-friendly. We established on 2014 as an architectural firm, we aim to incorporate sustainable architecture in our designs by minimizing the usage of energy-inefficient building materials and coming up with unique, state-of-the-art, environmental-friendly and cost-effective designs.

At SEED, we believe that a systematic and well thought-out design is a solution to any problem. This why we mainly focus on learning and applying human-centered techniques to solve problems in a creative and innovative way in order to create positive impacts of change in our business, in our country and also in our lives.

Speaking of problems, the greatest challenge mankind is facing nowadays is the destruction of our natural ecosystem. Keeping this in mind, we aim to provide our clients with a sustainable and eco-friendly design. Based on the 4Rs that is recycle, reuse, reduce and recover, we focus on creating structures that would be pioneers in solid waste and resource management in Kerala.

Our Vision

In this era of climate change and global warming, it is paramount for us to take the necessary steps to help save our ecosystem. Owing to this fact, we use our expertise in architecture to create sustainable and eco-friendly buildings, so as to minimize the impact of the energy-inefficient buildings on the environment. Our primary vision is to form a team of highly specialized architects who would assist us in achieving a future where sustainable buildings will be a norm in India. A healthier and greener eco-system is all we are working hard for right now.

Our Mission

Our greatest mission for the coming ten years is to carry out our eco- friendly designs across India with the help of a socially committed team, along with the support of the government. Our country has a major pollution problem, but we want her to thrive by trying our best to reduce the damage faced by the environment. Therefore, by 2030, we aim to implement our sustainable building strategies in every state across India. We aspire to cater our services to the hospital, tourism and production industries as well. After India, we are determined to reach out to the other underdeveloped and poor nations of the world, so as to make this world a better place.

Our Timeline

2014

With over 30 years of construction expertise and around 200 completed projects and many more on-going projects, SEED has grown and flourished in leaps and bound. After our official branding in 2014, we had made headlines in the field of architecture and construction. We are also continuously growing and evolving and has our Research wing to conduct practical researches as well as publishing papers in journals and presenting at International Conferences.
